San Miguel de las Salinas

New dwelling developed in collaboration with London based Architect Studio Woods Bagot in the South of Alicante (Spain). Within a unique site -330 hectares full of hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea- for its beauty, lushness and exclusiveness. It enjoys an 18 hole golf course (Top 100 golf course in Europe) which melts beautifly with the landscape and that will host international competitions, private country club, seafront beach club and tennis/paddle tennis schools.

During the designing process ÁBATON has taken into consideration each villa’s best location in order to make the most of the views, the existing forest and the height difference without losing a bit of privacy. ÁBATON has studied the best orientation thoroughly for a better use of resources; though in a more modern and definer way, ÁBATON has observed the local Mediterranean building style.

There are three different villa typologies for sale: 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms with private garden and swimming-pool overlooking the golfcourse and the Mediterranean Sea.

Conjunto de viviendas desarrolladas en colaboración con la oficina de Londres del estudio de arquitectura Woods Bagot, en el sur de Alicante. Se trata de un emplazamiento único en Europa -330 ha entre colinas, frente al mar- por su belleza, exclusividad y vegetación. Consta de un campo de golf de 18 hoyos (entre los Top 100 de Europa) que se integra de forma natural con el paisaje y es apto para competiciones internacionales; country club con restaurante de uso exclusivo para residentes, beach club en primera línea de playa y escuelas de tenis y pádel.

Durante el proceso de diseño, ÁBATON ha tenido en cuenta la ubicación de cada vivienda en el terreno, para aprovechar las mejores vistas, el arbolado existente o los desniveles, sin perder privacidad. Se ha estudiado la mejor orientación de cara a un mejor aprovechamiento de los recursos, y se ha respetado el concepto arquitectónico local -mediterráneo- dotándolo de un estilo más moderno y depurado.

ÁBATON ha desarrollando 3 tipologías de viviendas de 2, 3 y 4 dormitorios, jardín privado, piscina y vistas al golf y al mar.
